What's in the box?

8 to 10 lbs of steaks- a mix of following: 

• 4-5 lbs of "first steaks"- ribeye ( bone in or boneless), NY strip, filet mignon, flat iron 
• 4-5 lbs of "second steaks"- top sirloin, hanger, skirt, flank, petite tender, chuck eye, bavette 

*The specific steaks included will be a variety, and will vary due to availability. Not every cut listed will be included in the box.
