There is something comforting about a slow cooked meal. Whether it is the ease of the weeknight dinner, or the family get together on a Sunday, slow cooking cuts should have a place at any family's table.
Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of two weeks, and is processed at a small USDA facility where we know our butchers personally. Extreme care is taken when processing the meat, and each cut is hand created.
